This is a space to discuss the book Yoga Anticolonial Philosophy to better understand the ancient philosophy of Yoga and put it into practice. We will schedule our meetings one at a time and meet a total of 4 times. Please sign up here.

In these classes we will practice movement, breathing exercises, and mind focusing techniques. These practices will be a way to explore the philosophy of Yoga that teaches us about agency, autonomy, moving beyond habit, and self-governance.
Weekly Public Classe Schedule:

6:30am 45 minute yoga class
4p 45 minute kid yoga class (3-6yrs)
Wednesdays
6p 60 minute yoga class
